We want you to love your ordered products. However, if you don’t like something, or you have changed your mind about your order, you can simply send it back to us.
Please follow the instructions below.
1. Try or check the ordered product as soon as possible after the receipt. Keep them in its original condition together with all packaging and labels. Please note that in case of any damage, dirt or any sign of use to the product, the return will not be accepted.
2. If you want to exchange or return the product, please download the return form here.
3. Pack the product well and add the filled-out return form. Without the return form the return cannot be processed
4. Send the parcel to the following address and keep (or mail us) the tracking code.

5. We process the return and if you want to exchange, we will send the new product free of charge.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your products to SPICEHORSE to the above address. When the returned goods are complete, in original condition together with packaging and labels and are unused, we will refund the purchase amount paid by you to your account as soon as possible, but within 14 days after receipt of the items.
The costs of returning the products need to be paid by the customer. Because shipping is always at the risk and expense of the customer, items must be properly packed and sufficiently addressed to the above address.
If you send a return from outside the EU, make sure you don’t include the original invoice and clearly indicate it’s a return shipment. If you need to indicate a value, please always indicate a value lower than €20,00. We suggest you to insure your package, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
