• Finger with liquorice root, which acts as an expectorant in diseases of the upper respiratory tract – to relieve strenuous coughing and also in liver, stomach, kidney and bladder disorders.
• Finger with Psyllium seed husks is an excellent remedy for digestive system ailments, it increases the number of “good” intestinal bacteria and thus improves the bacterial flora in the intestines.
• Parsley leaf finger is distinguished above all by a huge content of vitamins – vitamin A, B group vitamins (vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B9), vitamin C, E and K1. Besides, parsley is a source of mineral salts – zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, copper, potassium, selenium, sodium, calcium and iron. Since ancient times, parsley has been considered an effective remedy for urinary tract ailments.
• Finger with nigella, which supports the work of the immune system. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties. The small black seeds contain many substances with extremely strong anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-oxidant properties.
